Essential Turbines has a 10,000 sq/ft facility that houses state-of-the-art
equipment and machinery.
We have acquired a state-of-the-art
test cell that is capable of testing a complete array of engines starting
with the Rolls Royce / Allison 250 Series. This test cell uses a superior
data acquisition system and can test engines of up to 2000 hp. Our
facility has been designed with future expansion in mind, so as new
models are added, they will be accommodated more easily.

Turbines has invested a substantial amount of time and money to improve
and upgrade our machining department. We are capable of performing
100% of the engine machining requirements without having to sub-contract
the work to an outside vendor. This has enabled us to control quality,
reduce turn-around time, and to keep overhaul costs to a minimum.
Our engine technicians are also trained to perform a multiple of machining
tasks. Our staff will custom-finish any applicable part into completed
quality end product to achieve the maximum power.
